Two years ago I couldn't get through a flight of stairs without stopping. I've since lost over 6 stone — and now I help everyday women do the same, starting exactly where they are.
Two years ago I was the person who avoided the gym, dreaded getting changed in front of anyone, and would tell myself Monday was the day it would all change. It rarely was.
Something clicked, and I started small — a walk, then another, then swapping a few habits. No extreme diets, no boot camp mentality. Just consistency, one week at a time. Since then I've lost over 6 stone, and along the way I fell in love with helping other people find that same first step.
I'm now building that into a personal training business, because I know exactly what it feels like to be on the outside of "fitness people" looking in — and exactly what it takes to get moving anyway.
