MEET YOUR TRAINER

DANIEL LUCAS - TRAINER

Daniel begun his martial arts training at the age of 7 in Kickboxing and Kung Fu is currently a 3rd degree blackbelt and has competed at a national and international level.

After a short career with the Metropolitan Police he started teaching full time in 2006 and has been in the martial arts community his entire life training people of all levels from complete beginner all the way up to professional competitors for fights at the O2 Arena and Wembley Arena.

With a passion for building beginners from the ground up through great technique and patience Dan can cater for all levels of training that you may be looking for. 

"I've personally been lucky enough to be surrounded by world champion level fighters my whole life and trained alongside some of the top fighters out of the UK over the past 25 years.

IMPROVE TECHNIQUE & HIGHER PACE
This program is designed to develop your fitness while sharpening your technical skills, ensuring you're at the right level and making consistent progress. Whether you're just starting or looking to refine your technique, we’ll help you build a strong foundation and advance with confidence.
MASTERS PROGRAM
This is where we take things up a gear! The Masters Program pushes your limits, focusing on building strength, endurance, and precision while leveling up your technique. Get ready to hit harder, move faster, and reach your full potential.
Our one-to-one sessions are booked in advance and typically follow a 5-week cycle with the option of 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week. 
This structured approach ensures consistency, steady progress, and a training plan tailored to your goals.
